Announcing NILS INsource 2.7.1

Wolters Kluwer is pleased to announce that NILS INsource 2.7.1 now includes new "Treatment" information for cases in our case law database. With this functionality, users can quickly determine whether a court opinion is still good law.

Additionally, Wolters Kluwer is pleased to offer a ‘Beta’ version of Enactment Indicators—a new feature that uses advanced algorithms to help predict the likelihood that an introduced bill will become enacted. Initially covering select jurisdictions, Wolters Kluwer plans to expand coverage for this feature in the future.
