NILS INsource Document Delivery system gives you the power to Email, Download, and/or Print any, or all, of your selected INsource document(s) contained in your Search Results. Document delivery options are also available when viewing individual documents.
Begin by clicking on those document(s) you wish to be delivered. Each document in the search results will have a checkbox next to it. After the document(s) have been selected for delivery, you then select a delivery method by clicking the Email, Download or Print button. You then provide information in the pop-up window that appears and submit the delivery request.
All search results (documents listed on the page) can be selected (checked) for delivery by clicking the Select All link. They can also all be unselected by clicking the Clear All link.
Search Results:

Note: If you have a large amount of Search Results, you cannot click the checkboxes until all the Search Results load. During this time, the checkboxes will be grayed out. Once the entire page is loaded, you may then check the boxes.
Selecting the Email Button:
A pop-up window will appear after checking three documents and then clicking the Email button. The message on the popup above displays that 3 documents have been selected.

You may name the file anything you wish using the File name box.
The file extension defaults to your choice of either .htm or .txt (depending on your document format selection in previous popup). If you added the extension of .doc the file will be saved in Word. Adding .xls file extension will save the file in Excel.
After clicking Save or Cancel in the Save In dialog box, the “NILS INsource on the Web - Download Selected Documents” popup window remains on screen (displaying the selected document's text). You may close the window by clicking the Close button.
Note: Internet Explorer browsers pre-4.0 and Netscape browsers do not support this feature. Instead, a message appears indicating that you must click File/Save As from the pop up’s menu bar, at which time the ‘Save As’ dialog will then pop up.
Selecting the Print Button
This is the popup window that appears after checking three documents and then clicking the Print button. The message on the popup above displays that you've selected 3 documents.

Delivering Highlighted Portions of Documents:
The examples above allow you to select entire documents by clicking checkboxes from the Search Results page or the Inbox Contents page. You may instead choose to only deliver a portion of the document, such as a highlighted paragraph or a particular citation. The diagram below shows a selected (highlighted) portion of NILS INsource Document.
Confirm and highlight your selected text, then click the button for the delivery method you want to use, Email, Download or Print. Provide the information on the pop-ups that appear (as explained above), then Submit your delivery request.

You will be given the option of delivering the Entire Document (default selection) or just the Selected text only. If you choose Selected text only, then the HTML (graphic) and Include value-added material checkboxes will be disabled. When your selected text is emailed, downloaded, or printed, it will automatically include the jurisdiction, title and citation of the document containing the selected text.
Note: Document Delivery of highlighted portions requires the Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser and will not work with Navigator Browsers.
The following pop-ups appear if you select Email, Download, or Print. Notice that the pop-ups look the same as the examples above, except that there are now additional options (we've circled them) for either delivering the Entire Document or else the Selected text only (which you've highlighted).
